  5. A Hello, I'm sorry, but not yet. You can buy a small model strap online. It will not loosen when worn.
  6. A Hello, thank you very much for your suggestions, we will tell the technicians, they will make improvements.
  7. A Hello, the watch cannot be used for making calls, but it has an incoming call reminder and can refuse to answer the call. The answering must be done on the mobile phone.
  8. A Hello, the width of the strap is 22mm
  9. A Hello, you can refer to the introduction and reviews of the two products to decide which one is more suitable. Our products are compatible with ios or Android phones, waterproof, and information reminders.
  10. A Yes, you must keep the phone and earphones at a certain distance before you can use it, because it is connected via Bluetooth. If the distance is too far, the signal will be disconnected.
  11. A You have to manane eletronical stuffs
  12. A My kid loved it. But you have to manage eletronical stuff
  13. A I don’t think you can change the wristband yourself, you would need to go to a person who fixes watches to change it. But I think yes, you may change it.
  14. A Yes it is compatible with my iPhone
  15. A It's from the app. Please go through the app thoroughly.
  16. A It's on the app. Just go to app and there you can change the time format.
  17. A No, runs on a different OS I don't know.
  18. A I don’t have snap chat, but as long as my phone is connected it gives me notifications from any app I have. Even phone calls
  19. A It does, but this is as basic of a smart watch one could want. Your phone can do monumentally more, and the same as this watch. I purchased it for my 11 year old, who quickly found our his phone was everything and more.
  20. A The BP monitor on my watch is not accurate. My BP ranges from 140/90 to 180 or higher. My watch only shows 2 different measurements 140/80 and 144/82, nothing more. I have a more accurate wrist monitor and they are never even close. I enjoy the other features, especially for the price I paid, but would never rely on the BP monitor.
  21. A Should be in the app under Device then universal settings
  22. A anroid. iso . all support
  23. A wrist, and work by monitoring your body movements as you sleep to determine how much time you probably spent awake versus asleep. Some devices also look at heart rate changes during sleeping to estimate how much time you spent in each sleep cycle
  24. A You can have any size you want
  25. A Sure no problem
  26. A If you mean background always in.. No. Max on time 15 sec for battery saver I assume
  27. A Yes it shows time and date
  28. A Can not answer the phone
  29. A The watch does display the actual text message when received and if your linked phone is within Bluetooth range. After the message is displayed, it goes away and I've not found a way to re-display the message later (of course, the message is still on your phone, where you could check it). I've only gotten short texts, and it displays those fine.
  30. A The watch measures O2 only when told to from that screen (or from the phone app). This measurement is reported to a connected phone, which displays the last 7 measurements (with time and date). I've not found any way for it to continuously monitor O2, and that could take too much battery. This is the same for heart rate and blood pressure.
  31. A The watch will check your blood pressure only when you go to the blood pressure screen and touch the display. It takes less than 1 minute to check and then display the pressure. In that sense, it doesn't monitor your pressure, but checks it when you tell it to. BTW, it reports this reading to your linked phone, which will show the last 7 readings. From the phone app, you can tell it take a measurement if you wish. All this is the same for the heart rate checker.
